The models would require adjusting level of detail (add grab irons, thicken trusses, enlarge tiny details). I'd also need some help on N scale issues (bolster height, coupler mounting).

I'd heard comments that the W-50-3 cars appeared on the Cuesta grade, but hadn't realized they were used in the tunnel widening. Got any pointers to photos of the cars in action, either in books or online? I'd love to see more photos of these cars towards the end of their life.Robert Bowdidgehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14155962656525181088noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3912308714924865824.post-29135320227051142202016-03-11T18:10:43.262-08:002016-03-11T18:10:43.262-08:00Hello Robert,

What is the possibility of you releasing an N scale version of the "modernized" car. I model the Santa Margarita Sub of the Coast Division. I personally could use several of these models. The Cuesta tunnels were being enlarged during my modeling timeframe and these cars were very prominent and instrumental.
Thanks for your time,

Mike MadonnaMikehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15752242214545496692noreply@blogger.com
